What should I wear?

Clothing ought to be snug fitting but comfortable enough so that it won’t restrict your movements.

 

Where are you based?

Ellie lives in Crewkerne, South Somerset and runs classes in the surrounding areas including Hinton St George and Clapton as well as continuing to teach in West Somerset at Crowcombe, Stogumber and Monksilver.

Will I need any specialist equipment ?

Please bring your own pilates mat & blocks or rolled up towels etc

Small chi balls and loop bands will be provided when required

 

Where do the classes usually take place?

Typically we’ll meet in a village hall or large meeting room. However, online classes are available. Just ask for details.
