I run my classes as a course, normally falling in line with the school half terms - which on average are about 6 weeks. This means I teach progressively, building on the strength, flexibility & mobility that you have gained each week.  

Class sizes are kept small so I can assist people where needed.  I am able to offer the option of having online or face-to-face classes and can accommodate class sizes from 1 to approx 12 people.

Ellie runs classes in Crowcombe, Stogumber, Monksilver, Hinton St George and Clapton.

Equipment

  • Please bring your own pilates mat & blocks or rolled-up towel etc.

  • Clothing ought to be snug fitting but comfortable enough so that it won’t restrict your movements.

  • Dress appropriately for the time of year.

  • Please bring your own water.
